Disclaimer: Google Blogger numbers comments from 1 up to 200, as that is the maximum number of comments displayed on a page. Once the quantity of comments exceeds 200, they are put on a new page (e.g. 201 - 400) and the numbering process starts all over again (i.e. comment #201 will also be listed as #1, #202 will also be listed as #2, etc.). Please know that there is only one winner as determined by random.org. For example, if #2 were to be drawn by random.org - the winner would be #2 from entries 1-200, not #2 from entries 201-400. #2 from entries 201-400 would only be the winner if #202 were to be drawn by random.org. Get it?
